The Ocho Rios Card Centre Limited (ORCC) is a major distributor of FLOW and Digicel wholesale and retail phone cards, founded by Pat Wisdom in October 2006. The Ocho Rios Card Centre Limited was born out of the need for a one-stop shop for customers to pay bills and purchase phone credit. We work with an ardent vision to connect Jamaica’s travellers to the world, and back with their associates and families in real time.

We have been providing service to the people of Jamaica over the past ten years. We operate a Cambio under the LASCO brand and remittance services licensed by the Bank of Jamaica (BOJ). With the rising need for such a service; we have extended our exclusive service to Brown’s Town and St. Ann’s Bay.
